Wish to return an item? No problem!
Please note: we currently do not cover the cost of returns for our customers, however you can send the return at your own expense. The choice of shipping method is up to you, but to make sure your parcel arrives safely at our warehouse, we recommend choosing a tracked service.
Return period
Purchased items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your package.
Refund time
The return period may be from 5 to 14 days from the date of delivery of your return to our warehouse under the specific law regulations. We will inform you by email whether your return has been accepted.
Form of refund
Refunds for returned products are made through the same channel that was used to pay for the order. For online payments, the refund is made to the account from which the payment was made.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
You have several options. Choose the one that works best for you.
I purchased as a registered customer
This option is for you if you made your purchases after logging in to your account.
If you have an account with PRM.com/eu/, log in and go to the "Withdraw from contract" tab. There you will find all products you can return.
Select the products you want to return.
Select return method: Shipping at your own expense to our warehouse.
If you pay online, you will receive your refund to the same account or card from which you paid for your order.
Complete the returns form. You can also complete and submit the withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically to ask.eu@prm.com.
Pack the returned product (we will be grateful if it is in the original manufacturer's packaging) and include the return/withdrawal form in the package.
Send the package to: DC ANSWEAR – PRM Kokotów 812 C, 32-002 Kokotów, Poland (with the note: "DC ANSWEAR – PRM RETURNS").
REMEMBER: Returns are at your own expense. This cost is non-refundable. Please do not send us "cash on delivery" shipments – we are technically unable to accept such packages. For the security of your shipment and the speed of its delivery, we recommend returning goods via courier or using the "Proof of Postage" / "Registered Parcel" postal option.
I purchased as an unregistered user
This option is for you if you made your purchase as a guest (without logging in to your account).
