- Do not leave a burning candle unattended for more than four hours at a time.
- Never leave a candle unattended or place it where children or pets can reach it.
- Do not place a burning candle near flammable objects. 
- Always place a burning candle on a non-flammable base and on a level surface, away from flammable objects, and avoid heaters and other hot surfaces. 
- Always keep the candle away from textiles, ventilation and air vents. 
- Before each use, the wick should be trimmed to a height of approx. 0.5 cm.
- Do not place the candle in draughty areas or near heat sources.
- If using more than one candle at a time, leave a distance of 10 cm between them. 
- Use the candle with caution to avoid burns.
- Store the candle at room temperature.
- Extinguish the candle when the wax is about 1.5 cm from the bottom.
- Do not blow out the candle. 
- After extinguishing the candle, wait until the wax has cooled before relighting it.
- Keep the candle away from sunlight. High temperatures may cause the candle to change shape or the wax to discolour. This is because soy wax has a low melting point. 
- The candle should be burned away from draughts.
- The candle must not be moved while the wax is in a liquid state.
- The candle should be placed upright so that the wax burns evenly. 
- People with sensitive or damaged skin should not come into contact with the product for long periods of time.
