Rules for presenting goods within the Prm.com/us/ store
RULES FOR PRESENTING GOODS WITHIN THE PRM.COM/US/ STORE
I GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The store prm.com/us/ online store (hereinafter referred to as "Store") is operated by Answear.com Spółka Akcyjna (Joint Stock Company) with its seat in Kraków, address: 31-564 Kraków, Aleja Pokoju 18, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Kraków, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000816066, REGON 122515020, NIP 6793080390, which is also the controller of the personal data of the Store's Customers. In the further provisions of the Terms and Conditions, in order to simplify communication, in reference to Answear.com S.A. we use the term: "PRM”, "we" or use other pronouns to denote the first person plural.
2. The Store only displays Goods sold by PRM.
3. The content of the Store pages is adapted to the language version used by the Store user.
II SPONSORED MATERIALS
1. Within the Store, we offer you Goods from various brands and manufacturers. Therefore, we collaborate with their manufacturers or other business partners. As part of this collaboration, we may highlight certain Goods (hereinafter referred to as "Sponsored Content").
2. Sponsored Content is always clearly marked with the "Sponsored" label, making it easy to distinguish it from other Goods posted in the Store according to general rules. After clicking the "Sponsored" label, you will see information about who sponsored the content, the rules for highlighting this content, and you will be able to read this document by clicking the provided link.
3. Content published as part of paid advertising is given greater visibility. It is placed in more visible, prominent places – you will be able to see it, for example, on the home page, in search results, in listings, in the newsletter (if you have agreed to receive it), in the product category, or within the Product parameter you have selected, e.g., size, brand, color, price, offer type. We display them because we have received benefits from our contractor (for example, remuneration for promoting a given Product by highlighting it).
4. We may display Sponsored Content to you within the Store, in our newsletter (if you have agreed to receive it), and on social media if you visit our profiles, e.g., on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
III GENERAL RULES FOR PRESENTING PRODUCTS
1. To provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, we use tools in our Store that support the positioning/placing of Products, i.e., assigning them a specific visibility or weighting in search results. These tools are based on artificial intelligence, which analyzes user behavior and helps present the most relevant products – both in search results, in product lists, and in the recommendations section.
2. Furthermore, we can manually change the order in which Products are displayed, recommending new products, lowering the position in search results for Products that are, for example, inappropriate for the season, and highlighting products related to current campaigns and sales objectives, such as promotions, seasonal offers, or product popularity. Furthermore, the display of Products may be affected by the user's cookie settings – their operation is described in the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
3. Within Product lists, we use default sorting based on Product popularity. The main parameters we consider are:
a) the date the Item was added – we can prioritize new Items added to the Store's offerings,
b) current marketing and business objectives – for example, those related to the season (e.g., in winter, we will prioritize jackets over swimsuits),
c) promotional offers – we can prioritize Items covered by a discount or promotional campaign, or promote brands we manufacture,
d) popularity metrics – sales figures for a given Item, the number of times it was added to the cart, the number of times it was viewed on the product page, and the most popular products in relation to current trends (e.g., linen products, burgundy as a fall trend).
4. You can change the sorting method for Items at any time by selecting one of the following criteria:
a) From newest -> Items added most recently to the Store are at the top of the list,
b) From cheapest -> Products with the lowest price are at the top of the list,
c) From most expensive -> Products with the highest price are at the top of the list.
5. Additionally, Customers can filter search results based on specific product parameters (e.g., product type, size, brand, color, price, offer type, neckline, knitwear, style, material, activity type, pattern).
6. Within the Store, we have included blocks with recommended Products based on data analysis:
a) Recently Viewed Products -> only for users logged into their account; the list includes Products you have recently viewed (clicked on the Product card),
b) Frequently Bought Together – check! -> displayed only to users logged into your account – based on analysis of your account activity, we'll display Items that are frequently purchased by other users along with the Item you clicked on.
c) Similar Products -> when you view an Item card, we'll display similar products in terms of, for example, style, cut, color, gender, etc.
d) Discover Products from a Brand -> when you view an Item card from a given manufacturer, we'll display other products we recommend from that manufacturer that are similar in terms of, for example, style, cut, color, gender, etc.
7. The store also includes Item Lists. These include:
a) New Items -> contains Items added to the Store within the last 30 days,
b) Cart -> the top of the list contains the Items most recently added to the cart,
c) Wishlist -> the top of the list contains the Items most recently added to the wishlist,
d) Products from a Style -> when you view the Product card, we can display the products shown in the photo and included in the style,
IV SEARCH ENGINE
1. Using the search engine, you can find Goods taking into account the following sample criteria: Product name, EAN number, manufacturer code, category (category + color, e.g. green sneakers), brand, color, description of the Product.
2. When using the search engine, to tailor the results to your interests, we will display them "from the most relevant" based on the following parameters:
a) word match – we will display Products whose name, category, and features are closest to the entered content,
b) popularity and history of user behavior,
c) data on the number of Product card views, purchases and business rules (e.g. current marketing campaigns, seasonality).
3. When you use the search engine, we will show you "recommended products" and "recommended brands." The products or brands you see are based on PRM's marketing objectives and current sales/promotional campaigns.
V OTHER CASES
1. Regardless of the above-mentioned rules for the presentation of Goods, if you consent to cookies (in terms of personalization), we will be able to display Goods to you tailored directly to your activity within the Store (e.g. clicks, purchases, etc.) under the terms set out in the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
