Terms & Conditions of the “Special Offer” Promotion

1. The promotion allows customers to purchase selected, specially marked products available on prm.com/us with a discount of 40%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% or 5%, provided that the total order value is at least 300 USD and the discount code “OFF” is entered at checkout.
2. To take advantage of the Promotion on the website, the customer must add products worth at least 300 USD to their cart. The order may include any products. The customer activates the discount by adding at least one promotional product to the cart and entering the discount code “OFF”.
3. The Promotion applies to selected, marked products available at: prm.com/us/s/special-offer.
4. The discount is calculated based on the current prices of products participating in the Promotion.
5. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers available at prm.com/us.
6. Discounts cannot be combined.
7. Products purchased as part of the Promotion may be returned in accordance with the store’s Terms & Conditions.
8. In the event of a return of products purchased under the Promotion, the customer will receive a refund equal to the product value shown on the proof of purchase and corresponding to the value displayed in the cart at the time the order was placed.
9. The Promotion is valid until 04.11.2026. The Store reserves the right to end or extend the Promotion earlier or later, respectively, and will inform customers by updating these Terms & Conditions accordingly.
10. The Store reserves the right to change the pool of products participating in the Promotion and to amend the Promotion terms during its duration.
